Vacuum Resistance Furnace is mainly used for sintering of refractory metal materials, metal brazing and annealing of electrical materials, heat treatment of tool steel, die steel, structural steel, stainless steel and metal coating.
After vacuum heat treatment, the workpiece surface is not oxidized and decarbonized, small deformation, good mechanical properties. Vacuum resistance furnace can achieve almost all heat treatment processes such as quenching, tempering, annealing, carburizing, nitriding, metal cementing, etc.
Vacuum resistance furnace can also be used gas quenching, oil quenching, salt quenching, water quenching and high melting point metal materials, super hard tools and powder metallurgy materials sintering, stainless steel, high temperature alloy brazing, bonding, polycrystalline silicon melting, etc. Vacuum resistance furnace can be semi-continuous or continuous type.
