According to the basic principle of electromagnetic induction, the three-phase alternating current into direct current, then the direct current into the adjustable medium frequency current, which will be supplied to the load composed of capacitor and induction coil (coil and capacitance can be parallel or series). Medium frequency current produces a high density magnetic force line in the induction coil, which will cut the metal materials in the induction coil producing a large eddy. The vortex also has some properties of medium frequency current, i.e., the free electrons of the metal itself flow in a metal body with resistance to produce heat. For example, a metal cylinder is placed in an induction ring with alternating medium frequency currents, the metal cylinder has no direct contact with the induction coil, the coil itself temperature has been very low, but the cylinder surface is heated to redness, or even melting, and this redness and melting speed as long as the adjustment of frequency and the strength of the current can be achieved. If the cylinder is placed in the center of the coil, then the temperature around the cylinder is the same, the cylinder heating and melting does not produce harmful gases, strong light pollution environment.
